What exactly is GetRevFlo?
GetRevFlo is an all-in-one growth system for your business. It combines a CRM, calendar, payments, forms, reviews and automations with Monica — your AI receptionist who captures leads, replies to messages, qualifies enquiries and books appointments around the clock. In short: we build the system, Monica runs it, and you get more booked jobs with less admin.
Who is Monica and what does she actually do?
Monica is your AI receptionist. She answers calls and messages 24/7 across SMS, email and your social channels, captures every lead, asks the right qualifying questions, follows up automatically, and books appointments straight into your calendar — so no enquiry ever slips through the cracks, even when you're busy or off the clock.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most businesses are up and running within 7–14 days. We handle the entire setup for you — CRM, calendar, automations, forms, Monica's training and any website work included in your plan. You don't need to be technical; we do the heavy lifting and walk you through it.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?
Not at all. Everything is done-for-you and built to be simple. You manage your leads from one clean dashboard (or your phone), and Monica handles the rest. If you can send a text message, you can use GetRevFlo.
What's the difference between the setup fee and the monthly cost?
The one-time setup fee covers building and configuring your entire system — CRM, automations, Monica's training, and any website or onboarding work. The monthly cost covers running the platform, Monica's ongoing work, support and updates. You can see exactly what each plan includes using the plan builder above.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in contracts. Our plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month by delivering real results than tie you down.
Can it work for my type of business?

Can I upgrade or add features later?

What if I already have a website or CRM?
No problem. We can connect Monica and our automations to your existing website, or migrate you across to ours. During your demo we'll look at your current setup and recommend the smoothest path — no double-handling, no lost data.
